Architectural Approval
Architecture changes require approval from the Architectural Committee. This includes house colors and modifications. The committee determines if structural changes or home colors are within the covenants.
The purpose of these rules is to preserve and enhance the values and attractiveness of our association, and to assure that new construction and improvements are consistent with the harmony of exterior design within our community. The committee will consider harmony of design and location, topography, visibility to other homes, suitability of materials and workmanship, and effect on property values.
Submitting this form does not automatically give you approval — it only begins the process. Signed/written approval from the Architectural Committee is needed before work can begin. Work started without prior approval may need to be altered or removed.
You may be asked to provide additional information, such as:
- Elevation drawing (home alterations, add-ons)
- Plot plan drawing (decks, fences)
- Paint chip samples (painting)
- Finish grade plan drawing (major landscaping)
- Vinyl siding sample color and thickness
